Finally I finished the Kimono Shawl! This is made with handspun two-ply yarn on #4 needles. The wool is from Twin Bridges, Montana. Now to decide what lucky person might become the owner of this...
What a fantastic shawl and apartment! I was going to take pictures of all knit projects at the Renegaded Craft Fair in Brooklyn for you this weekend and then my friend pointed out that people would think I was stealing their ideas, to which I said it probably wasn't their idea to begin with. Needless to say, next year I'll bring a pen camera so they think I'm just pointing my pen at their knitted goods.
Ummmmm..I took a long time. I guess I started spinning the yarn for it this past winter. Of course I started a sweater with the yarn and then ripped it out so that kind of delayed the whole project.
Katey, Sorry, I haven't been on the computer for a long time. Youe shawl is gorgeous. You are the best. Thanks for taking the time to have a blog. Love, Mom
